When you need luxury car rims repaired, you want the best. Meet Steve from AlloyFix, whose business has skyrocketed in just eight months. Here’s how strategic automation and stellar service took AlloyFix to new heights.

The Challenges

Initially, AlloyFix, like many businesses, relied on a standard “Contact Us” form. As a potential customer, I look for quality, price, and easy booking. While Steve’s reputation was solid, the contact form was a barrier, leading clients to seek other options. Additionally, AlloyFix needed more visibility on Google, with only 19 five-star reviews.

The Solutions

1. Enhancing Customer Interaction:

Understanding the need for immediate engagement, I replaced the traditional contact form with a direct appointment booking system, reducing drop-offs and increasing confirmed bookings. I also asked him how he quoted jobs, typically these are damaged on each rim. So, I came up with a strong quote system on the website for his target luxury car quote quickly system (see fed ahead). This change made it easier for clients to schedule repairs without the back-and-forth of emails.

2. Boosting Online Presence:

To improve AlloyFix’s visibility, I automated a process to request reviews from clients once a booking was marked complete. This trigger ensured a steady stream of positive reviews, helping AlloyFix climb the ranks in Google Places recommendations. From 19 five-star reviews in October 2023, AlloyFix now boasts 83 five-star reviews.

How the System Works

The automated review request system is a game-changer. Here’s how it works:

Trigger-Based Requests: When Steve marks a booking as complete, the system automatically sends a review request to the client.

Personalised Messages: The review requests are personalised, thanking the client for their business and kindly asking for their feedback.

Easy Review Process: Clients receive a direct link to leave their review, making the process quick and hassle-free.

Consistent Follow-Up: If a client doesn’t leave a review immediately, the system sends gentle reminders to ensure maximum participation. This is all customisable for each business.

Responding to reviews is also crucial. AlloyFix uses an AI auto-responder to ensure every review receives a timely and thoughtful response, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.

Leveraging AI for Social Media

AlloyFix takes it a step further by utilising AI to post five-star reviews on their Facebook page under a custom AlloyFix template. This showcases consistent positive feedback and reinforces their reputation for excellence.

A Fun Story

In the week leading up to Christmas, typically a quiet period, Steve decided to try something new—an SMS marketing campaign. Having executed similar campaigns before, I knew the responses would be swift and overwhelming. Steve, who had Christmas lunch plans with his mum, was inundated with responses and notifications. Despite many not booking immediately, the campaign generated substantial interest. Managing the campaign while juggling my two young daughters, I "starred" important replies for Steve to address later. By the end of the day, Steve had to ask me to halt the campaign due to the overwhelming response. This experiment boosted engagement and added valuable contacts to AlloyFix’s database for future campaigns. His January was jam packed!

With minimal Google Ads investment, AlloyFix has significantly enhanced its online presence and customer engagement through strategic automation and AI solutions provided by Revenu Lab.
