    Do I need to be in Melbourne to work with revenu?+
    No. Clients are across Australia. Onboarding happens on a shared screen over Zoom, so we can build everything together regardless of where you are. The only reason to be in Melbourne is if you want to grab a coffee.
    How quickly can you actually start?+
    Two weeks from sign-up to live. The standard onboarding is two sessions over fourteen days. Session one is a 45-minute setup, where we connect everything, configure your brand, sync calendars, and activate the smart number. Session two is a 30-minute go-live, where we switch it on together.
    Do you offer a free trial?+
    No. Free trials sound generous but they don't work for this kind of system. revenu only delivers value when it's set up properly for your business, and that takes a real onboarding session, not a self-serve sandbox. Instead, you see the platform live during the discovery call, and you can ask anything before committing. If it's not a fit, no one signs anything.
    What happens on a discovery call?+
    Thirty minutes on Zoom. Adam asks about your business, your current systems, where the gaps are, and what good would look like. You see the platform in action with a live client account. By the end of the call, you'll know whether it's a fit and what the next step would look like.
    What if I'm not technical?+
    Doesn't matter. revenu is designed for business owners, not engineers. Adam builds everything with you on screen during onboarding, and the day-to-day system is simple to use. If you can run a business, you can run revenu. The technical part stays with Adam.
    Can I cancel anytime?+
    Yes. Month to month. No lock-ins, no contracts, no exit fees. You stay because the system works, not because you're trapped. If you cancel, you can export your data first, and we'll help with the offboarding.
    What size businesses do you usually work with?+
    Service-based businesses with anywhere from one to thirty staff. Tradies, beauty and SMP clinics, allied health, freight and logistics, property inspections, professional services. Profitable but stretched, doing well at the work, struggling with the system around it. That's the sweet spot.
    Do you build my website too?+
    Yes if you need one. Websites and funnels are a separate project alongside the platform subscription. revenu hosts the site and connects everything to your CRM, so when someone fills in a form or books a call, it lands directly in the right place. We can talk through scope on the discovery call.
    I was referred by an existing client. Does that change anything?+
    Most new clients come through referrals, so it's the normal way in. Mention who referred you when you book or email. It helps Adam understand context faster and acknowledge the person who sent you across.
