How to connect Claude to your revenu account
18 July 2026 · by Adam

The short version
- In Claude, add a connector, name it revenu, and paste one connection address
- Click Connect, sign in, and pick the account you want, that is the whole setup
- No key to copy, no code, about five minutes
- Once it is connected, Claude can read your contacts, bookings, conversations and pipeline, and act on them in plain English
- This is the same setup I use to run a lot of my own day, and now you can have it too
Here is something worth five minutes of your time. You can now plug Claude, the AI assistant, straight into your revenu account. Not to chat about your business in the abstract, but to actually work in it: pull up contacts, move deals along your pipeline, draft the follow-up, check who has not been contacted this week. You tell it what you want in plain English and it does the fiddly bits.
It just got a lot simpler too. There is no key to create and nothing to copy, you connect it by signing in and picking your account, the same as connecting any app. This is the exact setup I lean on myself. Everything I have wired up, you can have wired up too.
- Your revenu login, with admin access to your account
- A Claude account (a free one is fine to try it out)
- About five minutes
Connect it in Claude
The whole thing happens inside Claude's own settings, under Connectors. Here it is, start to finish.
- Open Claude and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Give it a name, revenu, and paste the connection address below into the URL field. Click Add.

- Claude shows your new connector with a Connect button. Click it.
- A sign-in page opens. Install the app, sign in, and choose the account you want Claude to work in.
- Approve it, and you are connected. No key, no code.

Check it is working
Last step, and the satisfying one. Start a fresh chat with Claude and give it a simple job so you can see the connection is live.
- Open a new chat.
- Ask it: “Using my revenu account, show me my pipelines.”
- If it lists your pipelines back to you, you are connected and ready to go.
Now put it to work
This is where it earns its keep. A few things to try once you are connected, all in plain English:
- Tidy your pipeline. “Show me every deal that has not moved in 30 days and tag them as needs a nudge.”
- Draft your follow-ups. “Pull my ten oldest open leads and draft a friendly follow-up text for each. Show me the drafts, do not send yet.”
- Get a straight answer. “How many new contacts came in last week, and where did they come from?”
- Prep your week. “What appointments do I have coming up, and which of those customers have not paid yet?”
Stuck? That is what Charlie is for
If any of this trips you up, do not wrestle with it. Just reply to the email that sent you here and Charlie steps in. He is my support offsider, trained on the platform and quick with an answer, so most things he sorts on the spot. Anything trickier, he writes it up as a proper ticket and escalates it straight to me. Either way, you are never stuck on your own with this.
FAQs
Is it safe to connect Claude to my account?
Yes. You sign in and authorise the connection yourself, it runs over a secure connection, and you can disconnect it at any time from Claude's Connectors settings. A good early habit is to ask Claude to show you things before you let it change anything.
Do I need a key or any code?
No. You give it a name, paste one connection address, click Connect and sign in. There is no key to copy and no code. About five minutes.
What can Claude actually do once it is connected?
Read and update contacts and tags, search opportunities and move them between pipeline stages, read conversations and send messages, look up bookings and payments, and help you draft and build. All in plain English.
Will this cost me anything?
Nothing extra on the revenu side. You just need a Claude account. A free one is fine to try it, a paid one gives you higher limits for regular use.
What if I get stuck?
Just reply to the email that sent you here and Charlie steps in first. He knows the platform well and sorts most things on the spot, and anything trickier he writes up as a ticket and escalates straight to me.
